By accessing and using the Walkers Auto Services website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please do not use this website or our services.
Walkers Auto Services provides automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
Service estimates and quotes are provided for informational purposes and are approximate. Final costs may vary based on actual vehicle condition, parts availability, and additional work discovered during inspection. All estimates must be approved before work begins.
All vehicle repairs require explicit authorization from the vehicle owner before work begins. We reserve the right to decline service on any vehicle. For vehicles left for service, you authorize us to perform the necessary repairs as determined by our technicians.
We use quality parts appropriate for your vehicle. Warranty on parts and labor is provided as required by state law and manufacturer specifications. Wear items and consumables are not covered under warranty. Warranties are subject to proper maintenance as outlined by the manufacturer.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other standard payment methods. A deposit may be required for extensive repairs. Unpaid balances may result in the vehicle being held until payment is made.
Vehicles may be picked up during normal business hours. We will notify you when your vehicle is ready. There may be a storage fee for vehicles not picked up within 30 days of service completion.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Walkers Auto Services makes no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of our services.
Walkers Auto Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Used oil, filters, and other automotive fluids are recycled or disposed of in accordance with local environmental regulations. Walkers Auto Services is committed to environmentally responsible practices.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
